Located on the edge of a small village overlooking Lake Maggiore, the building subject to intervention was in a very poor state of conservation.

The renovation involved the meticulous recovery of the structures and the maintenance of the existing openings; the new rooms have been renovated according to a minimalist but at the same time welcoming and comfortable style, with the dominance of the white plaster, the terracotta floor and the discreet presence of the emerging inserts of the stone walls and wooden elements.
